ANGEL LOCSIN WILL RECEIVE A GINTONG PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD
She is not just a best actress with an Angel’s name but she is one Angel who always helps silently in every way that she can. It is known to Filipinos that award winning actress Angel Locsin has a heart of an Angel. She always volunteers especially in times of calamity. Once more she has proven her good intentions in helping people. Just recently Philippines were hit by a super typhoon Yolanda and many provinces suffered from this typhoon, especially those who are from Leyte.
She was seen voluntarily packing relief goods at the Philippine Red Cross and even without hesitation auctioned her dream car 1970 Chevrolet to get monetary that will then be donated to help those who were devastatingly affected. Truly she deserves the Gintong Palad Public Service Award which will be given to her by the Movie Writers Welfare Foundation on November 20 at One Esplanade Pasay City.
She is the epitome of an Angel in disguise. I do hope children of today will looked up to her as an inspiration to be a good Samaritan.
