It is will affect the Visayas region particularly provinces of Samar and Leyte and will develop as a typhoon before it makes a landfall.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) say that it will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms in Western Visayas and Bicol Region. The Mimaropa (Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental and occidental Mindoro and Palawan) will also have cloudy skies and experience a moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms.
