Bagyong Vinta PAGASA Update
Bagyong Vinta threatens north Luzon and its now gearing up moving at 26 kilometer per hour, with a maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kph. PAGASA already raised storm signals in Aurora and Isabela, the Bagyong Vinta is now 820 km East of Virac Catanduanes. It will be expected to be 320 km North East of Virac Catanduanes and and it is expected that in will be 40 km south of Sinait, Ilocos Sur on Thursday morning, and will be out of the PAR on Friday.
